A few months ago we got an email.
“A New Opportunity for Baking Brands”
It came from Stef.
Founder of The Bake Fest.
The largest virtual baking event in the country.
And one of the largest in the world.
She found us through ChatGPT… 😳
And asked if we wanted to join their “Meet the Makers” segment.
A 2-minute live Shark-Tank-style spotlight for Birchberry.
We were thrilled and said yes immediately.
But then…
A couple of weeks ago, she emailed again.
She said they were upgrading us to a full sponsor.
What?!
And instead of a 2-minute spotlight…
We get to do a 15-minute demonstration… LIVE.
And we’re 1 of only 6 brands worldwide to do so.

P.S. Quick updates since we’ve been quiet…
Gordon Ramsay update:
Remember the Next Level Baker show we got asked to apply for? The producer said they made their selections, but she was so excited that we auditioned… and asked us to reapply next season! Apparently, this first round is just a 4-episode pilot test run. And one of the chefs on “Next Level Chef” applied 4 times before he got on! So we’ll be applying again. And we’ll keep you posted when we do.
Manufacturing:
The plastic parts are looking amazing, but still need a few tweaks before full production. We’ll follow-up with more.
Packaging:
We’re on the 3rd prototype because of a few hiccups (wrong dimensions and too heavy). We’re working really hard to get it lighter and smaller so shipping stays affordable for you.
