Shipping policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms. For more information, please review our Terms of Service.

Pre-Order Information

Please note: Our current product is available for pre-order only. Pre-order means your order is reserved in advance while the product is being manufactured.

We anticipate shipping to begin December 2025, though unexpected delays may push fulfillment into January 2026.

Your order will not ship until the product is in our warehouse. We’ll keep you updated by email as production moves forward, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. on all pre-orders, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Typical delivery times will be between 3-7 business days after the pre-order product in the warehouse and order has been processed. Please note, all delivery times provided are estimates only and given in good faith.

We offer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii at a discounted flat rate of $15.

Shipping Restrictions

We only accept and ship exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing 

  • Payment: Payment is processed at the time your pre-order is placed to secure your reservation.
    Shipping: Orders will not be shipped until inventory arrives in our warehouse and fulfillment begins.

Once products are in stock, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping (excluding weekends and holidays).

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately through our contact page so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
