When will my pre-order ship?
All pre-orders are expected to ship late March to mid April 2026. The rolling pins are currently in production with our manufacturers. By pre-ordering you’ll be the first to get one from our first batch ever. You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way, and we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way!
Where do you ship?

Why the Birchberry Adjustable Rolling Pin?
Our rolling pin is designed by bakers, for bakers. It features five U.S. dough thickness options, a quick-swap disc system, and a 16” XL rolling area—all made with extra-thick, premium grade-A wood and high-quality, BPA free materials that meet U.S. FDA standards.
How do the thickness discs work?
Each disc adjusts the rolling pin to a specific dough thickness. Swap discs in seconds to get consistent dough every time. We have five sizes: 1/16”, 1/8”, 1/4”, 3/8”, and 1/2”. No additional tools needed—just twist off the end, snap on a new disc, and you’re ready to roll.
Is it dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand washing all pieces to preserve the wood and quality of the rolling pin.
What if I change my mind about my pre-order?

Pre-orders close once the rolling pins reach our house. We’re about to place the order for our very first batch, and quantities will be limited.
Will each rolling pin look exactly the same?
Because our rolling pins are made from natural beechwood, no two are exactly alike. You might see slight differences in color, grain, or pattern—that’s what makes each one unique and beautiful.
How do I care for my rolling pin?
To keep your rolling pin in top shape, hand wash it with warm water and mild soap, then dry it thoroughly. Avoid soaking it or putting it in the dishwasher. Every few months, rub a bit of food-safe mineral oil on the wood to keep it smooth and shiny.
Can I use this for cookies, pastry, pizza, pies, etc.?
Absolutely! With its 16” XL rolling surface, you can easily roll anything—large sheets like pie and tart crusts, thick dough like scones and biscuits, or thin pasta and tortillas. Our personal favorite is sugar cookies!
