We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us by submitting a form on our contact page contact page. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the $10 return shipping fee. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We understand that plans change. You may cancel your pre-order up to 30 days before shipping begins for a full refund.
Once shipping preparation begins, cancellations will no longer be accepted as your order will already be in process.
After this period, orders are considered final and cannot be canceled because they will be prepared for shipment.
