I have a launch update.
Since the rolling pins arrived at our home…
We've been heads down…
Inspecting all 1,000+ of them.
One by one.
The wood is beautiful…
The packaging looks great…
And the little pamphlets we made are so cute.
(Here’s a sneak peek of them!)
Most importantly…
The rolling pins work amazingly.
Like… “What did I do before this pin existed?”
But while inspecting the plastic…
We caught something.
It didn’t match the sample we approved.
So we went back to our manufacturer.
Told them what we found.
And they owned up to it.
So they’re remaking the plastic pieces.
This is why we had them shipped to us first…
Not straight to a warehouse.
So we could catch this before it ever reached you.
That's the standard Birchberry is built on.
And you deserve the best.
The new pieces are expected in 8–12 weeks.
So for now…
Launch is on pause.
And pre-orders continue!
We cannot wait…
We are so close.
