This past month was crazy.
Which is why you haven’t heard from us.
But we’re back—and have exciting news.
Quick recap: A producer asked me to interview for Next Level Baker with Gordon Ramsay. And I made it to the second round!
So…we were told the next step was a video interview.
But here’s what happened…
It wasn’t an interview at all…
It was a live audition!
Omgosh.
As if I wasn’t sweating enough.
So, the producer would ask a question.
Hit record.
And direct me with hand signals like...
“Keep talking. Wrap it up.”
She even held up signs for me to read.
For realsies…this is bananas.
We talked for over an hour.
And somehow, I survived without passing out.
Now, they’ll edit it down into a 3-minute audition video…
Then send it up to the Executive Producers.
And eventually… Gordon!
What. The. WHAT?!
(Here’s me trying to keep my cool during the audition)
I thought it was over…
But then she said:
“Send photos of 8-10 plated dishes worthy enough to bring to Gordon’s house for Christmas.”
And they needed them in 5 days.
Okay, no pressure.
All we had were some cute little blog photos.
So...
We pulled 3 all-nighters (literally up till sunrise).
Survived on adrenaline and pizza.
And somehow got them done!

So what’s next?
We won’t hear anything till August.
And filming starts this September… in Ireland!
But seriously… What if this actually happens?!
