And what is Birchberry?
We’re Emma & Eric! 👋
After years of demanding tech jobs, we told ourselves we wanted to start an online business together.
But we didn’t know where to begin.
So we started with a passion of mine (Emma’s), baking!
We talked to dozens of home bakers to see what would make their time in the kitchen more fun.
Turns out, rolling dough to a perfectly even height was a common struggle.
And their baking tools lack modern aesthetics or look like a kids’ toy.
So now we’re starting from scratch…
Designing and building our first-ever product, a premium adjustable rolling pin.
And our hope is that this will help bakers of all levels bake easier and look good doing it too!
